Harvest Hills is a proposed new community of 550 estate homes nestled just north of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park off Rockwood Road in the San Pasqual Valley. The project will be the first carbon neutral, net zero energy agri-neighborhood in the City and provide more than $58 million worth of benefits for Escondido residents. The proposed community is slated to be considered by the City of Escondido in 2020.
